Paragon Communities, Inc. with Simi Homes, LLC will be developing one and two story semi-custom residences on 4 estate lots in Simi Valley. The homes will range in size from 2,653 square feet to 3,229 square feet.

The project is located right off the 118 freeway at Erringer Road and Big Sky Place at the entrance to the Big Sky Ranch development.

Simi Valley is located centrally to Ventura and Los Angeles counties and is in the southeast corner of Ventura County, California, United States.
